Virtù e vizi

La grazia di Dio, e la virtù sono via e scala da salire al Cielo; 

ma li vizi e li peccati sono via, e scala da discendere al profondo dello Inferno. 

Li vizi e li peccati sono tossico e veleno mortale; ma le virtù, e le buone opere sono triaca medicinale.

L’una grazia conduce e tirasi dietro l’altra, l’uno vizio tira dietro l’altro.
